Invoices and payments
Invoices are issued monthly in advance of care, with payment due by the last day of the month. Weekly invoices can be issued on request, also in advance of care.
Invoices can be paid by credit or debit card, Tax-Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers or the Childcare Grant Payment Scheme (Student Finance). If you would like to pay by another method, please discuss this with management.
Non-payment
Invoices must be paid on time and in full by the due date. Failure to pay may result in care being temporarily suspended until full payment is received.
If you expect any difficulty making a payment, please speak to us as soon as possible. Requests for payment variations will be considered on an individual basis.
Deposits
A refundable deposit may be required to secure a place. It will be returned once your child starts, or offset against future fees, normally during the first half term after the start date.
The deposit may not be refunded if a child does not attend as agreed and no notice is given. A deposit is only taken once per family, so it does not apply again for siblings or later contract changes. No deposit is required for placements using only funded hours, with no additional hours charged privately.
